Happy new year, everyone!
I'm staying inside with my laptop, books, and coffee, but it's also like -10 here soooo...
Onward and upward, right?
2013 was a great year of finding myself. There were sad parts and happy parts, parts that made me cry and parts that made me laugh. But that's life.
This was the year I graduated high school, got my DSLR camera, broke up with my ex, cut my hair off, and finished my third semester of college. I got a photography internship, met a new guy, and wrote 11,000 words of the novel I'm dying to write. I learned not to judge, and to accept everyone for who they are. I accepted that I can't change people.
I'm glad to say that I'm ready to move onto 2014. Besides, Friday my boyfriend and I are headed down to the Big City to see Phantom of the Opera live, so needless to say, I'm excited.
I don't do "resolutions," but I do try to set some goals. So here we go!
Read more books! There was a summer when I read a book everyday (mind I was 13 and didn't have a job yet...), and it's been a long time since I read much for fun. (darn college)
Make more art!
Spend more time with the people that make me feel happy.
Prep for Ireland2015. It'll be here before I know it!
Love life. <3
I love you all, and I'm sorry I'm not active much anymore. You know you can always catch me at my Tumblr, though: TeaStainedPages
